Note: for biceps and triceps, i call them pump sets because you’ve already got the necessary volume to promote muscle growth with the compound movements. pumping your arms would just feel nice for you and your lifting ego. everybody likes to pump their arms after a training session, so the best time to do it is at the end of the training session.. By far the most popular way people have split their routines is with a so-called "a/b" split. the most common of these is a classic "upper-lower" split with the shoulder girdle and arms being hit one day and then the lower body the next session.. Hi cutty, program is working out quite well 2.5 weeks in lost almost 7 pounds. i have found some good upper and lower body warm ups to do before my workout and i surprised how much it helps you especially on the final sets..
